上週六開始lsd跑了8分速,被笑是用走的嗎,這次…還是很慢,可是還是跑的很快樂。只想著目標里程,在校園附近繞,感覺時間很快就過去了。出門時黑豆又跳上機車踏板,猶豫了一下還是帶他去,然後先陪他跑回家,以免天黑了又不知躲到哪裡。經過水塘時看他爽快的跳下去,希望能慢慢找回跑步的勇氣。
今天我的補給準備比較齊,尤其自製冬瓜檸檬真是好喝,蜂蜜蛋糕也很能補充能量,列入下次私補清單。
