很悶熱的天氣,跑到山上也沒甚麼風,汗猛流水猛灌,山海宮回程時出現腳底症狀,跑不快但還跑得下去,但心肺肌耐力還是不足,跑得有點累,中途還是有走一小段,繼續加油!
