假日自主LSD(高鐵台南站→高鐵嘉義站)
這次跑新路線,從台南最南的歸仁一路往北巡到後壁,順便測試新GPS錶
簡單google一下路線,水袋背包帶著,搭乘第1班高鐵至台南,拍個照就上路
一路陽光普照,沿途沒什麼遮蔽物,雖然平時有練耐熱,大中午的豔陽還是曬得頭昏眼花,只好增加休息次數,至便利商店、檳榔攤多補充水分
今天的練習距離超越以往,所以採取保守模式,以無傷完跑為原則,很快就跑跑走走,中後段更是舉步維艱,頻頻走路,以致原本預估天黑前結束,後來一直順延,還好後壁、嘉義鹿草路段車輛不多,不會太危險,最後順利抵達高鐵嘉義站
