人的身體真是奧妙,德安山路操練半年來,感覺肌耐力與肺活量增進不少,操練越多,身體的復原修補能力反而比以前快很多。
今年跑228他里霧故鄉馬時,在22K折返下坡時不小心大腿拉傷,成績有點"落漆"。還好這場天氣涼爽,跑出4小時內的標準,有阪回一城。只能說補給太熱情,去程看了一下,回程天氣變熱了,受不了冰涼"美如"的誘惑,3杯入喉爽呆了,還外帶一杯甘蔗汁。
跑到30幾K補給站時遇到"許武勝"會長被攔下說跑太快了~"犯規"。辜負他們辛苦準備的美食,於是又多喝了2杯,還好是路跑,如果騎車可能會被攔酒駕,路跑應該沒事。
速度有些下降又去上廁所,開始陸續被超車,算一下時間4小時內回終點應該沒問題。就不太在意,穩穩跑回去就好了,竟然差點破"PB",洗完澡在吃鹹稀飯時,意外聽到在廣播自己名字,撈到分15獎。喝足吃飽還有一大包伴手禮,真棒!!
