| 雨下不停,澆不熄完賽的決心,第5次參加富邦馬(含ing)每次準備好都落馬,這次終於跑出比較好的成績,一年來跑步下足苦心,漸漸的跑步也快成為生活的一部份。
原先跟假日團練跑友組310列車,發現人太多找不到,若放慢整個速度都會影響,但是有找昱凱這位第2次見面的跑友共同奮鬥,因此不委約等他共組列車,一起跑比較有伴互相約制避免爆衝。
接近30k發現小腿有點不適,若再硬撐可能抽筋,於是跟昱凱說"可以的話你先走,再衝下去可能會抽筋",30k後逆風減緩速度稍做調整,36k感覺比較好緩緩加速,但是碰到陸橋跟小上坡就會掉速,最後還是小破PB完成這次富邦馬~~
