【LSD】經過昨天看完泰雅馬,熱血止不住,下午太陽大到好舒服,跑出去真的好開心。不過加碼太多了,兩隻腿負荷不了,太陽下山後,溫度急遽的下降,只穿短袖的下場就是全身開始失溫發抖,還好有好友溫暖的外套,但是沒撐多久還是繼續抖下去,差點把身體搞出狀況,下次不能再亂加碼破壞預定計畫 了。
