跑前的狀況不明,原本就決定盡力就好,萬一爆了,就以不受傷太疲累為原則,目標還是三月的萬金石,所以,上到宇老前都不打算停下來,也因為這樣,發現自己一直在總排內,尤其總四五都在射程內。下田埔的大下坡不斷衝擊大腿的續航力,折返處比預期快了約10分鐘,再回宇老就可以知道要不要拼了。急下後再急上,心肺跟腳完全不能適應,真的大部分都在走,所幸總五也在走,後方也沒人追過來,途中遇到淑芳(女總一) Millson 仙華(女總二) 誠哥,互道加油,誠哥跟我說總六有機會,要我快追上去,也就這樣像在心中點起了一把火,檢視了一下身體,兩腿疲累快抽筋,但回顧這幾年,抽筋幾乎是我後段賽程的好朋友,時不時就來找我,我就是安撫安撫,降速度過痛感期,和平相處好像也能多撐一點時間就是了,加上回程都下坡,好吧就衝一回吧。上到宇老,運氣很好遇上炳榮私補的bcaa,真是一場及時雨,接下來的5k下坡雙腿抽筋感消失了一陣子,好景不常,畢竟長距離練很少,最長就台北馬,後面的十多k,不斷抽呀抽,還好特地換穿車衣就是要多帶口含鹽片,抽筋就吞下,沒抽就含嘴裡,居然被我吃下十顆,回顧補給站的菜色豐富,我卻…,下次要多吃補給站。
