好熱!然後賽前整個2月只有跑了2次合計10k的跑量,難怪這次到了15k後就心有餘而力不足。
明年還是要認真點練跑才行!
賽後評分: 完跑禮改以紙製提袋放置,完跑證書封套也不使用塑膠L夾,可看見大會減塑的用心,值得肯定與推廣。
