新竹方俊傑 今日和小明, 誠哥, LOUIS, 一起去能高越嶺要玩越野跑 順便去爬二座百岳, 原本是想說要在古道裡慢慢跑, 但海拔太高一下子還無法適應, 感覺都吸不太到氧氣, 跑沒幾步就很喘, 所以變成上坡就變步兵了, 實在很落漆....
