回想當年受訓的點點滴滴

前一天全家人入住步校旁的花鄉motel
所以當天只要五點多出門即可
路線上上下下不簡單
這次自備義美小羊羹,分別在17K/28K各吃一顆
35K第二趟回程時,
在步校補給站居然有一包包的威德in果凍
一整個大喜,真是豪華補給
回程時,左後大腿&右腳踝有點怪怪的
所以在上坡不敢太用力
中途趕緊在醫護站與補給站停下來兩次
將左右腳的鞋帶綁緊,深怕哪時候抽筋發作 賽前宣言: 第七馬 賽後評分: 賽道單調了一點
