| 還好前半段有加速跑得還可以,後半段接近中午天氣轉熱,加上粗糙的產業道路路面,雖然已轉換腳底各部位著地,腳底敏感的不得不放慢速來調節。特別在35K左右的3公里的大上坡,也無力地當起步兵,撐到最後4K的補給站,有"美如"加持後才比較能跑起來。
看手錶時間想要維持保4目標,就得拚一下不能再掉速了,還好有保4成功,撿到分9上凸台,台上跑者都是跑在前後的熟面孔,心想這些歐里尚也太強了吧!
