台北市詹惠玉 又到年度驗收成績了,去年有ㄚ源、任哥幫我配速不小心大破PB,信心增加不少,今年在加強練,看能不能完成跑馬以來第二個夢想,今年還是很幸運,@周書銘 書銘哥要幫我配速,他說我們就配455上下(台北馬可能多個3、4百公尺)這速度比較保險,但換我擔心了,不知道可以跟到幾公里,但不想太多了,能跟多少算多少,早上6:30一起跑後我就開始緊跟書銘哥後,看大家都衝很快我的腳步不知不覺要跟上,好在有書銘哥一直提醒我這是假象,我們跑自己的速度就好,我很安份的跟著,之後遇到大魔王白老帥追上來,我們一起跑了長了很長的一段路,但不知跑到幾公里(進河濱時),白老帥不見了,這中間他還有上廁所,但還可以追到我們(太可怕了),進了河濱後我覺的魔障要開始了,我還是很認真的跟在書銘哥後面,一樣差不多30公里覺的呼吸不順了(去年也是這樣),一直在深呼吸希望空氣能吸肺部深層,不是只吸到表面的空地方就吐出來,書銘書也一直叫我放鬆跑要厚住,我在河濱裏面跑好像要跑不動了,心想什麼還不出去河濱,還好轉個大彎後出河濱了,出河濱後知道要上橋,速度也慢下來了,我一直看書銘哥後面,我一定要跟上,不久之後在我們下地下道了,要上來時好痛苦腳超酸的,但剩1公里就快終點了,從地下道上來後書銘哥說330沒問題了,心中安定不少,在差不多50公尺處我看到時間329,旁邊的人也在加油進330, 當我採到晶片的哪一刻,我完成了大叫一聲(YES)哈哈哈....
