久沒跑長距離,加上週二深蹲到現在股四頭深層還在酸,所以跑到接近八公里,短短的小上坡,我的大腿就酸到要炸開來了,真扯,勉強撐到八公里,休息三百公尺,然後繼續跑四公里,還好不累,休息三百公尺再跑四公里,媽呀,兩公里就開始倒數計時了,跑完四公里髖骨旁肌肉已經開始酸了,休息完再跑,覺得跑姿走樣,一直撞擊磨耗筋,深怕會受傷,乾脆就不跑了,反正離半馬收工只剩下五公里不遠。
