幾乎停了一週沒跑,比賽完,加班,沒車,出差,下雨,之後沒比賽,很多因素合起來造成我動機低落。今天終於有點時間,即使下雨去屋簷下繞小圈圈也很快樂。
反正沒什麼目標,穿著舊鞋就隨意起跑,感受跑步單純的快樂。原本左膝還有點痛,漸漸身體熱起來就沒感覺了。這個月就這樣隨意跑跑也不錯。
