OLYMPIC路跑~
從四月三重馬跑完就好一陣子沒去跑有強度的路跑,而這場是因北投團有跑友沒辦法參加讓給我去跑,想說半馬應該可以來試試,即使是幫忙,我還是會盡全力去跑,但今天天氣也不熱,也沒有太陽,10K後就跌出五分內了,跑的有點累,不過還是順順跑,到最後2K再全力衝刺一下,跑不好是練不夠,大家我們再一起加油囉!!
