前幾天用天氣不好的藉口偷懶。今天早上還掙扎是否要跑?
後來想說晚上要聚餐,還是早上跑一跑好了。
跑到12K就全身濕透了....跑到15K就不想跑了,但看到比我早來跑的清茂還在認真跑,於是陪他跑完今天課表。
清茂下課後,我還剩4K,那時開始飄小雨,跑起來反而很舒服,終於吃完今天課表。
