起跑就被塞住了,過了拱門已經2分了,前面也是塞,真正起跑是過了3分以後,第1K就用了8分,後面就跟著治穎配速跑,前半馬幾乎開450到500速度跑,會配這麼快是前面補給站沒什麼好吃的,跑快一點後面可以吃多一點,跑到23-25K有個好漢坡,只好調整一下自己心率跟速度,跑到30K都覺得OK,可惜35K之後太陽出來了,晒到頭暈目眩,速度也掉下來了腳也變重,熱到用意志力在撐,到了38K補給站有牛肉龍蝦魯味,本來想吃龍蝦根本只剩下頭而已,最後全部都放掉不跑,開始吃起補給站東西,最後2-3K進入鎮裡,有如嘉年華式活動,幾乎全鎮全村還有商家,提供私補讓你吃到不要不要,最後以4小時10幾分完賽,晒到我頭好痛,全身都覺得熱熱的。
