12K遇到四小時列車🚄,決定不想安穩的跑,超過列車,想先抓一些時間起來,前半馬1:56完成✅,到29K有點跑太快右下腹痛起來趕緊慢下來還好沒什麼大礙,35k右手居然抽筋😅噴完肌熱舒服多了,38k居然還要上天橋😭全場唯一一次的6分速,40k下地下道再上來真是太虐心,這場居然沒什麼遇到撞牆期,穩穩的跑完全程,也是我蠻驚喜的,原本預估決勝點是能不能捱過撞牆期
看著大會拱門時間3:56😍按下手錶,轉身向賽道深深一鞠躬🙇,手臂一揮加吶喊
破4成功~我真的辦到了💪💪
