50公里LSD玩跑初體驗^^
感動啊~星期天阿君和佳慧才剛跑完關仔嶺全馬,今天竟然還是認真的跑完了預定的50K,真是精進!照這樣練習,明年的南橫100一定沒問題了!
雖然一共跑了近8個半小時,但扣除休息、吃午餐時間,其實還是跑得蠻認真的!第一次先求跑得完,以後再慢慢要求時間,然後再慢慢加長距離,啊~想著想著都興奮起來了!
