今天再自己跑昨天相同的路線,不敢說不會累,但是照自己的步調跑真的…比較輕鬆^^
星期一星期二非常非常墮落,就是吃飯時開了電視,不小心被一齣韓劇吸引了,(都已經是女乙組的熟女了,竟然還看小朋友的浪漫偶像劇,真是太不好意思了…)後來決定快刀斬亂麻,上網2天內把這件事解決,然後從此不再隨便開電視,以免又發生這種浪費時間的事!
幸好星期三星期四還算精進,稍稍減少了前2天看韓劇的愧疚感。
