早上跟ccf車到虎科
立馬跑到個帳篷跟大家認親..拍照
黑!也遇到育誠兄!他今天看起來就是要來破pb的!
阿祥的裝真的讓大家有夠驚艷!~不知道有沒有穿著跑完全裎!
7:00準時出發!天氣陰陰der!~還滿擔心會下雨的!
大概在3~4k遇到偉仲!~看他穩穩的....就...把我給甩了...哭哭....
在約5k遇到育誠兄...他居然約我破pb~哈!pb啊!想都不敢想耶!
今天風很大幾乎整路逆風!~太陽後來真的太熱情越跑越熱....
在21k過後...被一個似乎熟悉的身影..緩緩的...緩緩的...緩緩的...輾過了....原來是APO啊!我知道他一定不知道我是誰...所以就跟他打招呼....自己介紹了一下....哈!
然後就看他緩緩的...緩緩的...緩緩的...離我遠去....!!
說真的很奇怪...今天跑的是平路..居然沒有田中馬的輕鬆
跑著跑著還有點懷念天堂怒.....哈!有夠變態!
跑到28K似乎有FU了.....我...好像...要...爆了....
唉!只好騙自己...跟自己說35K在走啦...加油
後來真的就走走停停.......
看來自己這樣配速還不太能適應....該加油了...
跑到做最後想說破4以經遙不可及了!那守4:30好了!
可是...真的沒力啊...可惡!最後大會4:34做收....
