前年跑半馬,今年跑全馬,看別人的成績都有進步,我想我也有吧,只是不明顯而已...前15公里即使上坡,不過還都能維持跑步的狀態,但超過15公里後,上坡就有點吃力,看一看上傳的資料,33k那段上坡走很大...後面有想說要在5小時內回來,所以就一直逼著自己不要走太大...在3小時的時候約跑26公里,想說後面每小時跑8公里,應該就可以在5小時內,不過後面一直都差一些...幸好最後8公里下坡比較多,最後2.5公里的平路也能維持6分半左右...所以最後能在4小時54分就回來...但在這麼大的太陽跑全馬,真的還蠻累的...回程途中就小憩片刻,回到家更是倒頭就睡...但還是蠻喜歡最後跑步的感覺,即使再累,完成了目標,就覺得很高興...
