今天的天氣很適合跑步,陰陰的又有涼風。原本星期四都是提早離開學校去跑蘭潭,但今天想說昨天有休息一天,想跑長一點的路線,一方面也不想跑太陡的路。因為最近下坡的跑法都失意了。今天一開始跑上坡的時候,左腳蹠球部就有之前練跑留下來的傷(痠痛),考量到沒運動會有罪惡感,所以一直沒好好休息。右腳的部分,即便前天、昨天都有熱敷,但是今天一跑還是覺得有點怪怪的。大概撐了2K才突破瓶頸。之後是微微小下坡的平坦路,但是跑起來好像也沒有格外輕鬆。到了折返點之後,想停下來的念頭一直沒停過,明明是很平坦的微上坡,感覺體能退化了許多。最後有2小段路嚐試用快慢不同的速度來跑,類似tempo run。
