喔耶!我的跑量破萬了!從此晉升為萬里阿誠,算是一個很欣慰的里程碑。比起有些跑友追求的百馬,我覺得這個更有意義,主要因為比較便宜,哈,而且平時穩定的跑也較均衡。不過長期目標我還是希望十年內能完成百馬啦。
昨天以為腳踝復原了就得意忘形亂衝,今天到操場本來想說跑起來輕鬆,結果後來又有點不舒服了。看來元氣耗損還要多一點時間慢慢恢復,急也沒有用。
跑完後遇到鄭大哥聊了一會,他也是又忙又有傷,不過看到他戴著新的MW手錶,哇應該是台東第一支吧,我前陣子要買已經缺貨了,只能手機繼續湊合著用了。
