這場賽事,真的是跑「二二六六」,一開始注意均速定在5:45左右,想嘗試拉至5分速,中途賽道的不平衡,形成左右高低腳,於是把重心放在調適腳步上,這時除了要每公里補回起跑時浪費掉的2分半的時間,又必需擔心不能爆衝,另11K的里程需要壓在60分鐘內,多慮反而的不順,在15K後感覺體力消耗快速,想把均速維持,卻無力的讓它調到6分速,原本期望的成績01:50
