今天跟小兒子跑到國道4號折返,沒跑這麼長距離的他,回程好幾次跟我說他鐵手鐵腳了,讓我想起我的第一場6k路跑也是這種感覺,但勇敢的他卻一路堅持到終點,真的好厲害^^
話說…壺鈴+深蹲…這威力也太大了吧,都已經2天了…屁屁跟大腿後側還在酸,雖然昨天伸展1小時+滾桶1小時,但乳酸堆積仍然遲遲未消除,今天不但跑的很辛苦,連坐下來休息屁屁都超有感der…@@”
