早上鬧鐘沒響,錯過了團練,傍晚來補跑,今日課表前6K均速6:10,中間6K均速6:00,後6K均速5:50,自己跑就是撐不住,12K後就跑不下去了,多跑3K想收工,剛好小P熱身陪跑,補到18K,夏天真的不好跑,再加油吧!下半年的賽事也該慢慢開始準備了
