南投小馬 這場真的有點硬
22K左右就爆掉了
大腿狂抽筋
可能是因為半年沒比賽了
加上之前受傷都沒練LSD
一路忍著抽筋的痛
看到補給站就狂吃香蕉
直到30幾K終於好多了
但是後面跟終點前都上坡
只好慢慢跑回終點
本來以為可以SUB5內
回到終點想說很後面了
沒想到後面還一堆人
以後山路馬還是21K就好XD
