台南郭文全 52K赤足全程,雖然上下坡腳跟有點受不了,自己也一直修正腳掌下腳的點,減少腳跟的衝撞,前半程體力不錯還跑的很穩,回程10K的上坡想了就懶,慢慢走上去,上到台18有15.5K的下坡慢慢滾回終點,台18的遊覽車真的很多,回程遇到都站在路旁等車隊經過才敢跑。這次是赤足跑最遠的距里,功力又進階。
