第十馬。終於破PB了。這大概是十隻馬中,覺得最輕鬆的一次,但也是最快的一次,全程沒有用走的,沒抽筋,最後1K竟然還能用3:57的速度衝回來。跑完後也還很輕鬆的去領贈品,領寄物;跟前二周的冬山河,跑完後腳都幾乎不能動的感覺差很多。
原本設定4小時之內跑完就好了,所以前半段跑的比較保守一點。雖然有四段上坡,但還好不是很陡,還可以用跑的。到35K時,用了3:06,剩下的路大都是下坡,看起來破PB(3:52)應該沒什麼問題,就開始加速了。有一位白衣跑友,一路上不知道被他輾過幾次(他總是會停下來跟別人聊天),在最後的路段,他也開始加速了,我就緊跟著他。也要感謝這位跑友,在最後的里程激起我的鬥志。
