上周每天忙著帶親友出去玩,今天起生活終於恢復平靜,工作上最近忙的大案子也告一段落,又可以傍晚去練跑了。決定去知本校區繞操場,一方面算距離比較精確,一方面也算開始備戰高雄那場。
跑操場比大馬路幸福多了,沒有車水馬龍的喧囂與壓迫,可以完全放鬆跑。很多時候眼睛幾乎閉上,而且這裡超冷清的,從頭到尾只有遇到另外三個阿伯也來快走,還有一些校狗。少了左右亂竄的小屁孩,和並排好幾個跑道的散步阿婆,真是順暢不少。
中間停下來喝水2次,要慢慢習慣有補給的節奏,不要跑完再來猛灌水。另外現在也不催速度了,穩穩的累積里程為優先吧。忠正隊長說要找一天去練半夜的,那大概要找星期五吧。
跑完騎機車迎著風回家,人生真是美好啊~
