早上起床剛好沒下雨,趁假期結束前來個超半馬訓練,早晨沒太陽跑起來舒服,跑到24k開始下雨真是涼快,只下了0.5k到了27k又在度下起大雨,這也是我生平跑最遠的一次了,回到家休息坐了一下,上半身開始發麻,直接躺在地上,感覺像快掛了!真是佩服跑全馬的人。
