尼伯特颱風過境,凌晨2時30分習慣性地起床,屋外雨勢不斷,思索著要不要起床跑步自訓,考慮許久,為了安全起見,還是天亮後再看雨勢決定咩。
清晨6時雨勢稍緩,著裝跑跑趣咩,雖然下著間歇性的小雨,但跑況相當不錯,24度的天氣真是涼爽,就跑個小超半馬唄,開心,繼續朝目標挺進哦^^
