本月第二跑,參加NRC跟著元正跑,這個月沒什麼跑,還是保守點,96秒30圈太硬,所以改為間歇跑一圈休一圈,共15趟,想不到還能吃完,雖然跑感有退步,但是還可接受,啥時要恢復正常練習,我也不知道,走一步算一步吧~
