今天不只起跑時沒力,後面也一直鬆不開,就只好自暴自棄的慢慢拖,陸續被好幾個強者超過,隱約記得平常是我在超他們的。狀況差就只能在背後默默為他們祝福。
不過沒關係,跑不快就多累積一點里程吧。多跑了一兩圈,算是彌補昨天的偷懶,其實要達成目標還是要謹慎而努力,反而下週之後可能就很難維持了,還是把握這幾天不要鬆懈吧。
