昨天晚上回家早早去睡,結果今天整天精神很好,傍晚跑起來也順暢多了。果然像Mo Farah說的三大重點--eat, sleep and train. 要在成績上有進步,真要吃得好、睡得飽、穩定訓練也不能少。
今天還有一個刺激我努力跑的動力,就是遇到三鐵名將揚茂雍和隊友在練習。他們在內圈,幾乎每二圈就超越我一次,有時候跑一跑還把背心脫掉,一邊擰乾然後再穿。這動作是很man啦,只是我忍不住慶幸自己跑在第五道,不會踏到那灘汗水~
後來他們好像變成間歇跑,還是常超越我,只是幾乎每圈都要停下來一下。有點好奇他下一場比賽要跑多遠的?如果是九月底的226K,那有需要跑那麼快嗎?
颱風從東邊掃過,這裡倒還好只有早上下雨,反而聽說台南附近下大雨。傍晚跑起來非常涼爽,只是有時風大阻力太強。老婆這幾天回娘家,還是多跑一點比較不會無聊~
