今天吃晚餐吃後時間較晚學校跑就好,。第一次嘗試腰間綁一條毛巾,真的滿有用的,之前大概 7K 鞋子就濕了,今天跑10K 襪子幾乎都沒濕真是太棒了。跑到 11 點多還有一些人才剛來跑, 晚班的人還真不少。
