邵宇要備戰初馬邀我練lsd,有伴互相督促也不錯。起跑還有點陽光,還好不久就有雲,然後就下山了。一邊聊天比較好控制速度,時間也過的很快,一下跑完一圈13k而且不覺得累。趁天黑前決定再跑一圈,單純路線跑完就好。
第二圈比較累了,我卻因為沒聊天不知不覺加快,邵宇說跟的很辛苦我還沒注意,實在是配速不穩。還好最後平安完成,突破他的最遠紀錄,我也真的有累到。
