寶藏巖 動物園23k(p4:45)
馬拉松配速練習,大約控制在每公里4:50-40的區間,天氣冷涼乾爽約五成力體感(有較多休息的體感),動物園折返後略略加速(約4:40-35區間),跑得很順暢,期待台北馬也能跑的順利~今天試了Energy in+電解質(Race on 7g)一包(每5k倒一小口配水),及咖啡因一顆(Race on 200mg),咖啡因在10k咬碎吃有點苦,確實在今天後段有達到提神的效果。
