2024台北馬拉松(327)
賽事紀錄:
依往例坐捷運前往會場,今年第一班5:05的捷運人非常多,各站幾乎要用塞的才擠得進來。早上六點氣溫14度在市府大樓內穿上雨衣熱身。今年又跟去年一樣忘記登記免抽,又被分在C區,熱身操完索性不暖跑往B區靠近卡位,因此走到起跑線只花了90秒(去年花了四分多鐘),起跑人潮速度也比去年快一些些。但過起跑線時顧著拍照忘了按錶,跑到仁愛路圓環才趕緊補按錶(里程數少了1k多),因此後續沒怎麼看錶,就依體感配速跑(4-5成力),到總統府後遇到大同跑友柏凱,互聊後發現今天速度差不多,就跟著柏凱跑,有人可以跟一路跑起來輕鬆愉快,只有三段上橋處跟的比較辛苦,特別是在環東逆風段,柏凱在前面擋風跑起來特別幸福☺️ 進河濱前柏凱建議我可以加速往前,我便開始獨跑這段順風路,穩穩前進過彩虹橋後,進入辛苦體感最後7k的路段,在民權大橋前右大腿後側肌肉突然輕輕抽了一下,配速稍稍放緩希望不要大抽筋,過不知多久左小腿、大腿後側輪流輕抽,依先前聽高志明大哥建議,可放慢但可繼續跑,最後3k很想停跑用走的,但改念看看慢跑可以跑多久?竟然就一路慢跑到終點~好久不見的抽筋撞牆又出現😅不過我可以勇敢面對了~
