| 很久沒跑全馬,年初高樹馬後也沒跑過21K以上的記錄,其實原先設定這場就是LSD,加上今天的天氣,25K就遇到撞牆期,30K後開始呈現恍忽跑走狀態,腿還會不時感到微抽筋感,嘗試破四失敗,只能怪自己練不夠,而配速不穩及進站補給休太久也是問題,只好繼續努力!不過這場距離好像超過43K@@.... 賽前宣言: 第一次參加。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
