蘇巴陽的山路是這附近最陡的,4k爬升400m,直上山頂很有效率,只是距離不太夠。還好我已經能跑上來,現在就看速度如何了。ㄚ拖爬坡測試結果還好,下坡比較不穩,考慮比賽時回程換跑鞋,比較能兼顧。
