整天沒有一片雲,下午沒事也都在家躲太陽,到快天黑才起跑,黑豆也只跟一段河堤就落跑了。
不過狀況漸漸有改善,姿勢也有維持住,有點感動,還好我還跑的動。其實最近的訓練方式實在很不像在準備全馬,每天跑那麼多常累到隔天跑不動,更別提拼速度了。可是就是想要多跑,可能很久沒比賽就會這樣單純一直跑吧。
