坡度+越野+耐熱訓練,原本預計跑30k,可是悶熱天氣跑起來實在太苦,還是提早放棄了。覺得對川哥不太好意思,我補給準備不夠,還要靠他買飲料請我。跑完泡湯也沒說清楚,結果他們家沒泡到就回家了。不然泡這放鬆的spa真是爽快,感覺才是今天的重點。
