今日007車長沒來,沒想到國哥跳下來拉速度,前5K感覺還不賴!到後面坑的3K上坡,國哥掉速了且没帶水,想說上坡練一下,8K處再等國哥上來給他補水,一等休了4分半左右,起跑後1K多開始突然覺得心率及身體狀況都變差了,想說跟著在瑩配速跑回去,但還是不行,身體在抗拒,只好慢慢調整,後段龜速回南天宮,看來上坡還要再練,休太久還是不適合我~
