天黑之後突然變好冷,脫下外套那一刻真是糾結~
為了抗寒,起跑就比較快一點,沒有慢慢加速。不過才過兩三圈就覺得喘,算了我還是累積里程比較重要,本週都跑慢一點吧。直到過了22圈,離目標一半時,聽見後面傳來腳步聲,有人緊緊跟著我,不太像要較勁,我也樂得有人陪,提供一點刺激,腳步不自覺就加快了。沒有特別回頭看他,想說就算是認識的,這種速度我也不太能聊天。其實維持住慣性等速度運動反而不會比較累,今天的「甜蜜點」出現在26圈左右,全身好舒暢,周圍也跟著溫暖明亮起來了~
後來腳步聲停了,我也停下來喝水,聽到旁邊體育館傳來法會誦經的聲音,原來亮光是從這裡來的啊~原本目標45圈,但跑到右膝又開始不適了,算了還是慢慢拉長就好吧。
跑完遇到清林哥跟古戲哥,聊了一下再冒著冷風騎機車回家,這個比跑步還苦!
