起跑前右腳踝前方有些怪怪的,果然在21K時開始隱隱作痛,但還可以撐住配速,心理打算今天就不拼成績,順順跑就好,還好在下一個補給站發現噴劑,趕緊胡亂噴,希望能緩解痛感,説也奇怪,離開補給站後完全不痛了,當然我不能掉以輕心,還是堅持順順跑不暴衝,一路一直到最後2K還差12分鐘破4,所以把剩下的體力全部拿來面對最後2K,哈哈,最後以9秒之差sub4,上一次sub4已經一年多前了,這次終於在平常心面對之下又達成破4,對我來說這是非常重要的成就。
