謝謝小米告知的按摩方法,對我的情況感覺上幫助不少,雖然跑起來依舊有不舒服感,3k過後心中的陰影卻少了許多,再加上和Dick大哥邊跑邊聊,讓我今天有點信心把距離拉到10k,不過10k一到還是乖乖先休息~
