放假就是上山跑步日,
今天約了宗霖上熊空,也試試從竹坑橋往山下茶場跑,再跑回竹坑橋後再上熊空茶場。
發現這是很不錯的路線規劃,把原先最後回程比較沒遮蔭的路段最先跑完,再上熊空,回程到終點還可跳進清涼溪裡沖洗一下,跑步的疲憊及身體都洗滌乾淨,十分舒爽。
下山再到大寮茶場及柑仔店買冰鎮茶葉蛋跟冷飲補給,真是快活的團練!
