為了4/26的久美70k超馬,今天特地做了60k的LSD,路線是從家裡跑到古坑的山峰國小來回,一早起床就是適合跑步的陰涼天氣,一路跑到古坑都沒甚麼太大問題,從古坑就是一連串的上坡,雖然天氣陰涼但上坡仍舊是很吃力,快到山峰國小(30K)時天氣轉為霧雨,雖然涼爽但腳已經有感覺了,接到149甲後一連串的下坡輕鬆許多但腳仍然很酸只能每跑2~3K休息一下,撐到了斗六(47K)感覺腳已經不是自己的了,稍作補給休息後還是一樣每1~2K休息一下,就這樣一路撐回家裡.....以後這種長距離的LSD還是要找人一起跑比較不會那麼累!!
